Upon processing orders through our website, we typically dispatch shipments within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation. Following the dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email inclusive of a tracking number to monitor their parcel’s journey. The time frame for delivery is contingent upon the geographical distance and seasonal variances, although we strive to ensure prompt delivery via our carrier services. Domestic Shipping Policy
For all domestic orders, we utilize USPS ground services. The shipping fees are determined at the point of checkout and are added to the purchase automatically. These costs are made transparent at the time of checkout. Patrons are advised to use the ‘calculate’ feature adjacent to the shipping options before order finalization to ascertain the shipping costs.

International Shipping
At present, we are extending our shipping services to Canada exclusively.

El Paissano will offer credit returns for products that have been damaged as a result of our improper packing only. We are not responsible for damage claims caused by a shipping company and must be settled with that shipping company.

Prior permission must be granted before returning products for exchange or credit by emailing within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. The validity of all returns is at the discretion of El Paissano. We will not accept returns on any product that has been used or the packaging has been opened.

Refunds and/or exchanges for any product purchased through a retail location or another website other than ours must be handled directly with that location and will be subject to their specific policies.
