Paissano will offer credit returns of products that have been damaged as a result of our improper packing only. We are not responsible for damage claims caused by a shipping company and must be settled with that shipping company.
Prior permission must be granted before returning products for exchange or credit by emailing within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. The validity of all returns is at the discretion of Paissano. We will not accept returns on any product that has been used or the packaging has been opened.
Refunds and/or exchanges for any product purchased through a retail location or another website other than others must be handled directly with that location and will be subject to their specific policies.
